摘要
通过对棉尘、粮谷尘和烟草尘的职业卫生调查、动物实验、肺病理学观察以及工人肺X线胸片分析，发现：这类粉尘引起上呼吸道粘膜刺激反应、似为可逆的肺功能急性改变；肺X线胸片未见特异改变，动物染尘实验见肺肉芽肿和轻度肺间质纤维增生；棉工手术肺病理检查未见与对照组的差别．在排除了混杂游离SiO2粉尘的影响后不能以尘肺的肺损伤来衡量这类有机粉尘的作用。
Through occupational healtl survey, animal experiments, pathological observation and the analysis of X-ray chest films of the organic dusts,including cotton,grain and tobacco dusts exposed workers,the findings were as follows. These dusts could induce irritative response in the upper respiratory tract and acute changes in pulmonary funcion,but they might be reversible. There were no specific changes in tne X-ray chest films among the exposed workers. GranulQma and light interstited fibrosis in the lungs of experimental animals were found,into whose trachea the dust with normal saline had been injected. No significant pathological difference existed between the lung samples from surgical operation of cotton exposed workers and the controls. It might be concluded that the effects of tbese organic dusts on lung could not be assessed as pneumoconiosis,excluding the effect of silica.
