摘要
利用生物滴滤塔,比较了活性炭、煤矸石、陶粒、沸石和竹炭作为滴滤塔中生物附着载体性能的优劣。结果表明,竹炭对T.fer-rooxidans菌液的固定效果最好,固定的生物量最高,其次是活性炭,然后是陶粒和沸石,煤矸石固定的生物量最小;不同填料滤塔对SO2的去除效率明显不同,去除效果从好到差依次为竹炭、活性炭、陶料、煤矸石和沸石,其对SO2的去除效率在运行时间内的平均值分别为93.71%、89.88%、80.08%、74.37%和63.65%。研究表明,竹炭填料系统对脱硫微生物的固定化效果最好,固定的生物量最高,且具有较好的SO2去除能力,是优质的生物滴滤填料。
In the paper, we are inclined to present the result of research for the best packaging materials for removing sulfur dioxide. As a matter of fact, it is one of hotspots in flue gas desulfurization field to study how to remove sulfur dioxide by means of biological methods, which prefer to use activated carbon, gangue, ceramic granule, zeolite as well as bamboo charcoal as its packaging materials. The result of our research shows that the immobilization effect of Thiobacillus firrooxidans on bamboo charcoal proves the best one among others. The reason for this is that the biomass immobilized by bamboo charcoal is the greatest with the activate carbon being larger than that of ceramic granule and zeolite. Actually, the biomass immobilized by gangue is smaller than that of the zeolite being the smallest. In addition, the removal efficiencies of sulfur dioxide from the biotrickling filter among such packing materials prove to be remarkably different. To be exact, the order of the removal efficiencies from the best to the worst can be shown as follows: bamboo charcoal, activated carbon, ceramic granule, gangue, zeolite. With biotrickling filter filled with bamboo charcoal taking the lead, the average sulfur dioxide removal efficiency in the operating time can be expected to reach 93.71 % when the filter was filled with bamboo charcoal. Therefore, it can be said that technical examination and measurement prove that bamboo charcoal is the fittest carrier of Thiobacillus ferrooxidans in this way, the best promising candidate for carrying microorganisms in biotrickling filter.
