抑平舒对高血压大鼠血管重构的干预 被引量:1

Effect of Vascular Remodeling in SHR by Inhibace Therapy

摘要 为了解第三代ACEI抑平舒(inhibace,cilazapril)对高血压病血管重构等的影响,采用动物配对及服药前后对比方法研究。结果发现:①自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)与正常血压对照鼠(WKY)比较有以下血管重构现象;血管内膜有WBC粘附和侵袭,中层血管平滑肌细胞(VSMC)排列紊乱;纤维成分增多;VSMC线粒体增多、肿胀,肌浆网扩张。②抑平既治疗使SHR病死申由30%降至0,收缩压从26.47±1.27kPa降至15.28±0.75kPe;且血管重构现象得到逆转。本研究结果提示,抑平舒能有效降压,逆转SHR血管重构现象,同时降低高血压病死率。 The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of vascular remodeling in SHR by inhibace(cilazapril)ther apy.The changes of menteric artery in SHR and WKY We and after inhibace treatmetn were observed. The results were:1 )The vascular remodeling in SHR was: The vessele adherent and subendothelial invasion with WBC; Fibrocyte cells increasesd andsmooth muscle cells arranged irregularly and degeneration in smooh muscle cells arranged irregularly and degeneration in middle layer; Mitochondrins were increasing. Swollen and degeneration; Sarcoplasmic reticulum became swolle.2) The SBP declinedfrom 26.47 ± 1 .27kPa to 15 .29 ± 0.76kPe; and the case fatality rate declined from 30% to 0%; and reversed the vascular remodeling in SHR by the therapy. Conclusions: Inhibace therapy could decilined the pressure and case fatality rate and reversedthe vascular remodeling in SHR.
