通过在合金熔体中添加一定量的均质剂,能有效地防止气雾化铜铅合金粉中铅的偏聚,获得铅相在颗粒内部弥散分布的铜铅预合金粉。碱/碱土金属碳酸盐均质剂的均化作用主要由于高温分解气体的微观搅拌和中间化合物的孕育形核。
The homogenizing treatment, i. e., adding a small amount of a homogeneity promoter to a mixture of molten copper and lead, can effectively prevent the segregation of lead in the gas atomized Cu-Pb alloy powder, and therefore make the Cu-Pb powder possible to possess a fine and evenly dispersed lead phase within each particle. The homogenization of alkali/alkaline earth metal carbonate promoter is mainly due to the micro stirring of decomposed gases in high temperature and inoculating of intermetallic compound.
