摘要
实验研究拉伸超载对16Mn钢对焊接头疲劳寿命及焊趾处表面残余应力的影响。实验结果与分析表明,拉伸超载虽能引起焊趾处表面残余压应力绝对值增大,但对焊接头的疲劳寿命没有明显影响。这说明决定16Mn钢对焊接头疲劳寿命超载效应的主要因素不是超载引起的焊趾处表面残余压应力,而可能是造成焊趾处表面层材料性能的变化。此外,本文还简要阐明了实验结果的工程应用意义。
In the present paper, the influences of tensile overloading on fatigue life and scerface macro-residual stress in butt welds of 16 Mn steel are experimentaly investigated. Results and analysis show that though overloading increases the absolute value of the surface macro-residual strees near the weld seam, yet, fatigue life of the 16 Mn steel butt welds has not been remarkably extented in the case of overloading. This means that the influence of the fatigue life overloading effect on the 16 Mn steel butt welds is not mainly due to the surface macroresidual stress, might however be due to the changing of material properties by overloading near weld seam surface. In addition, the application of these experimental results to engineering practice, and its significance were discussed briefly in this paper.
