摘要
采用ASTM推荐的试验方法,考察了可锻铸铁热镀锌层在水蒸汽介质中的腐蚀过程,利用扫描电镜对镀层的腐蚀过程进行跟踪观察,采用电子探针分析仪研究镀层的腐蚀机制。结果表明,镀层的腐蚀起源于晶界并沿着晶界扩展,属晶间腐蚀。在此基础上提出了镀层腐蚀过程的物理模型,为提高镀层耐蚀性能的研究奠定了基础。
In this paper, the experiment method recommended by ASTM is used to investigate the corrosion process of hot dip galvainzing zinc coating on the malleable in steam. The corrosion process is followed by using SEM, and the corrosion mechanism is studied by means of EPA. The results show that the corrosion of the coating, belonging to the grain boundary corrosion, originates from and spreads along the grain boundaries. According to this, the physical model of the corrosion process is propesed. The basis is established to raise the corrosion resistence of the coating.
