摘要
综述了近年来国外关于NiCrMoV钢大锻件的研究与应用的进展,包括材料特性,P、Si、Mn对钢时效脆化的影响,以及热处理工艺对组织和性能的影响,并介绍了改善锻件质量的方法。
This paper summarizes advances in the research and the application of NiCrMoV steel for the heavy forgings abroad in recent years, include the properties of material, the effects of P, Si, Mn on the aging embrittlement, and the effects of heat treatment on structures and properties. The methods of improving quality are also introduced.
