摘要
本文建立了一种带壁厚多层全通道新模型,用于流动交错角θ为0°和60°的一次表面回热器(PSR),在相同传热量的情况下进行传热和流动的数值分析和比较。结果发现在保持相同壁面温度条件下,流动交错角为60°和0°模型沿程的压降△P,阻力系数f,以及对流换热系数h的相应比值基本保持不变。以此比值作为修正系数,在θ=0°全通道经验计算结果的基础上,对交错角为60°的PSR进行整体的传热和流动性能预测分析。
The multi- layer models , which were established and validated, are used here to study the heat transfer performance of the primary surface recuperators with different included angle between corrugation θ. The simulations results of θ = 0°PSR are compared with the results of θ = 60°PSR under the same heat transfer quantity. It shows that, under the same temperature of the wall surface of the 60°and 0°models, the corresponding ratios of the pressure drop △P, friction factor f, and the convection heat transfer coefficient h remain basically unchanged. Therefore, a research of the ratio being considered as the correction coefficient is conducted in this paper. Then the Whole performance of the heat transfer and flow of θ = 60°PSR can be predicted and analyzed by modifying those data reached from θ = 0° PSR's empirical calculated values.
