摘要
介绍了基于红外传感器的自寻迹小车的设计和实现。自寻迹指小车可自主沿黑色引导线前进,并实现对舵机和电机的自动控制。由于不同的颜色具有不同反射强度,通过合理安排红外传感器的数量和空间位置,智能车可以感知道路状况的变化。系统控制核心采用HCS12DG128单片机,使用驱动芯片MC33886驱动直流电机。该技术可以应用于无人驾驶机动车,无人工厂、仓库、服务机器人等领域。
This article introduces the design and implementation of a self-tracking car based on infrared sensor. Self-tracking means the car can move forward without external guidance along the black guiding line and control by itself the Servo motor and the drive motor. Because different colors have different intensity of reflection, so through reasonable arrangement of the number and the space location of the infrared sensors, the smartcar can sense the change of the line condition. The HCS12DG128 is used as heart of control in this system,and MC33886 for drive of DC motor. This technology could be used to no-driver car,robot factory,ware-house, service robot etc.
