摘要
本文介绍了包钢烧结厂烧结工序近几年的能耗状况，并根据热平衡测定结果探求了烧结设备与工艺存在的问题及解决方法，为烧结工序实现高产、低耗提出了改进意见以指导生产操作，达到稳产高产、节能降耗的目的．
Process energy consumption aspect in resent years of sinter of sinter plant in Baotou I&S Co.was Precented in this paper . Based on the result of thermo-blance measurement, the problems existin equipment and process were discovered. The modification suggestion on elevating production and creasing energy consumption were proposed to quide operation.
