摘要
采用落锤撕裂(DWTT)试验方法对两种输油(气)管线钢及其环焊接头的低温韧性进行了实验研究,对断裂过程中裂纹萌生和扩展的特性进行了分析讨论,并对用DWTT来评定管材及其焊接接头的韧脆转化能力进行丁探讨。
In this paper, the low temperature toughness of pipeline steels and tts welded joints was investigated by means of DWTT experimental method. The characteristics of the crack initiation and propagation was analysed, and it was also discussed how to evaluate the capability of pipeline steel and its welded joints to transit from toughness to brittleness by DWTT.
