摘要
通过对引进及国产化T16型热继电器胶木躯壳模具的失效分析,进行引进模具的消化、吸收、并寻找国产化胶木制品模具早期失效的原因。最后还对热固性塑料制品模具的合理选材及用材问题进行了分析及讨论。
In this paper the failure analysis of some moulds for bakelite shell of T16 typed thermal relay, which were bought from west Germany and made in our country respectively, was performed in order to learning the foreign experience and find the reason why premature failure happened to those made in our country. Finally analysts and discussion were made about the reasonable selection of materials for bakelite product moulds.
