摘要
介绍了带钢板形检测中的板形仪滑环所起的重要作用。并针对现有炭刷式板形仪滑环所存在的弊端,采用一种红外式改进方法,虽有较大改善,但现场维修仍不方便。创新地提出了一种基于nRF24L01的板形仪高速无线传输方案。该方案采用一组无线发射器、接收器用于信号从转子到定子的传输,提高了传输信号的抗干扰能力;同时还增加了一个信号维修接收器,方便了设备的维修调试。
This paper presented the problems in shape measurement for coiled sheet steel production. It analyzed the fault of charry-brush roll electronics;introduced an improved measurement of infrared transmission;took an innovative way by high speed wireless transmission based on nRF24L01. This system set up a pair of wireless transceivers to transfer signal data from rotor to stator. It improved anti-jamming of signal transmission. Meanwhile, it increased a signal receiver to repair the device system expediently.
