摘要
对近年来有关植物水分的吸收及其利用效率的研究,包括植物根系吸水途径及吸水模型、水通道蛋白分子特征及生理功能、水分利用效率研究意义及研究方法等进行综合评述,并对植物水分吸收及水分利用效率的影响因素进行了讨论.
Root water - uptake occurs continually during plant growth and development. The studies on water - uptake and WUE have been hot topics in the field of plant physiological - ecology. This paper reviews some topics in this filed, including： approaches and models on root water - uptake, the molecular structure and physiological functions of aquaporin, the study meaning and methods of WUE and so on, and discusses the influence factors of water- uptake and WUE.
