摘要
通过工艺试验,对喷丸强化处理汽车钢板弹簧中的作用作了定性和定量的分析。试验表明汽车钢板弹簧经自由喷丸处理;经自由喷丸加棱边喷丸处理;以及经应力喷丸处理后的疲劳寿命都有明显的提高。
A number of fatigue life tests had been carried out on vehicle plate springs treated by ball shooting. The results showed that random ball shooting, random ball shooting accompanied by ball shooting on flanks, prestressing ball shooting as well, all make the plate spring give a much longer fatigue life.
