摘要
设计了一种光纤传感智能健康监测系统,该系统利用32位ARM芯片LPC2214作为检测控制核心,一方面对经放大光电转换和放大后的信号进行采集、A/D变换、液晶显示控制,判断结构体的损伤位置,进而蜂鸣报警,另一方面利用其网络接口与上位机进行通信,在上位机利用VB编写软件程序,创建光纤传感智能结构的健康日志,对结构体健康状况变化进行二维、三维显示。实验表明:利用该系统能快速准确地对结构体的状态进行损伤位置判定等健康监测,与传统的结构体检测系统相比,该系统具有判断及时准确、光路切换稳定方便、便携以及远程控制等特点。
A sort of optical fiber intelligent heath monitoring system was presented, and the 32-bit arm chip LPC2214 as detecting and controlling kernel was chosen. On the one hand, this kernel was used to collect signals, control LCD display, and judge the damage position, and then cause to alarm, on the other hand, its net interface was used to communicate with PC, write program with VB,to create health history record. Then, in order to assess the monitoring condition, the experiments were carried out at different subjects. Finally the position and damage conditions were measured. The encouraging results offer the possibilities of employing the proposed device as a monitoring system for damage detection in the smart optical fiber composite structure.
