摘要 针对电压互感器二次回路压降间接测量法误差大的问题,提出了一种新的无线测量方法。引入GPS的分布式同步授时技术作为电压互感器端和电表端的同步信号;并且利用CPLD电路作为回路分析模块的控制中心,实现分频、高精度计数、锁存及数据选择等逻辑功能,保证了比差和角差测量的可靠性和准确性。实测结果表明:比差误差小于0.01%,角差误差小于0.3,′验证了该方法的有效性。 In order to solve the problem of low accuracy in the voltage transformer secondary circuit voltage drop indirect measurement, a new wireless measuring method was introduced. The distributed synchronizing clock based on GPS was used to synchronize voltage transformer and meter. CPLD circuit was applied to be a control center of circuit analyzing module. It realized dividing frequency, high precision counting, latching, data selector and other logic function to guarantee reliability and veracity of ratio difference and angle difference. The result indicates that ratio difference and angle difference is less than 0. 01 percent and 0. 3′ respectively. The method is proved effective.
