摘要
利用硫蒸气辉光放电、可在钢铁零件表面上得到一层0.12mm的FeS层,它的摩擦系数仅为青铜摩擦系数的2/3~1/2,在45钢表面上形成的FeS耐磨性较青铜高2—9倍。已成功地应用于滚动轴承、齿轮、轴、工具、纺纱机钢领等。
By the glow discharge technology in sulphur vapour, a lubricant layer FeS on steel parts, which is of 0.12mm thickness can be obtained.
The friction coefficient of FeS surface is only 2/3~1/2 that of usual bronze, and the wear resistance of FeS surface of 45~* sleet is 2—9 time higher than that of bronze. It has been used for roiling bearings, gears, axes, rings of textile machinery and tools etc.
