摘要
文章利用北京、上海等城市发放的12000多份调查问卷为样本,采用结构方程模型,测算和评估了11个城市的企业生存环境水平,在此基础上提出了各城市的政策性建议和措施。
Use of the article, Beijing, Shanghai and other cities issued more than 12 000 questionnaires for the samples, using scanning electron microscope,and measured assessment of the 11 cities the level of the survival environment on the basis ot which the city put torward policy recommendations and measures.
