好氧高温猪粪堆肥重金属(Cr、Cd、Pb)钝化剂及其添加比例研究 被引量:8

A Study on the Heavy Mental Passivation in Aerobic High Temperature Compositing of Pig Manure and Its Proportion

摘要 采用连续提取法研究猪粪好氧堆肥处理中重金属浓度和形态的变化以及不同添加比例的重金属钝化剂对其浓度和形态的影响。结果表明:经过堆肥处理后,重金属Cr、Cd和Pb的浓度普遍升高;堆肥处理能促进重金属Cr、Cd和Pb的形态向活性降低的方向转化,因此堆肥处理可以降低重金属的生物有效性。在3种重金属钝化剂及不同添加比例处理中,重金属Cd、Pb和Cr的最佳钝化剂及添加比例分别为2.5%沸石、7.5%膨润土和7.5%沸石;其对堆肥可交换态重金属Cd、Pb和Cr的钝化效果分别为87.8%、17.8%和45.2%。 Continual extraction process was used to study the concentration and form changes of heavy metals in aerobic high temperature compositing of pig manure, and the effects of heavy mental passivation appending proportion on heavy metal concentration and form. The results showed that, the concentrations of heavy metals ( Cd, Pb and Cr) were increased by the composting process. The activity of heavy metals ( Cd, Pb and Cr) could be declined by the composting process. So, biological availability of heavy metals can be declined by compositing treatment. The best passivation and appending proportion of heavy metals ( Cd, Pb and Cr) in three kinds of heavy metal passivation and appending proportion treatments were zeolite(2.5% ), bentonite (7.5 % ) , zeolite (7.5 % ), respectively. The passivation effectiveness of heavy mental passivation on exchangeable heavy mentals ( Cd, Pb and Cr) was 87.8% , 17.8% and 45.2% , respectively.
