摘要
目的探讨鼻内镜下腺样体切除术的手术配合及护理。方法对189例鼻内镜下腺样体切除的患儿实施一定的护理措施,包括术前访视、手术物品的准备、手术配合、体位摆放等方法进行探讨。结果189例患儿治疗效果满意,腺样体无残留,术后随访未见复发。结论术前护理准备充分,术中医护配合默契,缩短手术时间,可减少术中并发症发生,保证手术顺利进行。
Objective To study the cooperation and nursing of rhino-endoscopic adenoidectomy surgery. Methods Certain nursing intervention were employed to 189 children undergoing rhinoendoscopic adenoidectomy. Such intervention included preoperative inverviewing, preperation of operation articles, cooperation during surgery and body position arranging. Results 189 children all had satifactory therapeutic efficacy, with no residual adenoids and no relapse were found after follow-up. Conclusion Adequate pre-operative nursing preparations and well cooperating of doctors and nurses can help shorten the surgery time and thus reduce the occurrence of complications during operations and let the operations go on smoothly.
