摘要
农业节水灌溉是实现农业可持续发展的战略措施,而节水技术的应用是落实这一措施的根本保证。主要结合黑龙江省半干旱地区的实际情况,建立与之相适应的节水农业技术,对该地区的可持续发展具有一定的应用参考价值。
Agricultural water-saving irrigation agriculture is the strategic measures of sustainable agricultural development, the application of water-saving technology and the implementation of this measure is the fundamental guarantee. In this paper, according to the actual situation of semi-arid areas in Heilongjiang Province, the water-saving agricultural technology is built, based on this result, the sustainable development of the region have a certain value.
