LMS-Based Network Traffic Prediction

摘要 通过对网络流量的考察,提出使用自适应最小均方误差方法(LMS)对网络流量进行预测,以及如何针对网络流量特性对LMS预测效果进行优化的方法,并分别使用网络仿真实验和实际IP流量数据对LMS的预测效果进行实验研究。实验表明,使用LMS对网络流量进行预测是可行的。 Proposes LMS to predict network traffic through analysis of network traffic, then tests LMS with network simulation and practical IP trace data. Experiment results show that LMS can achieve good performance in various cases.
