介绍用相位测距仪实现波长标准及在大长度范围内传递长度单位尺寸的情况。其传递精度好于通常采用方法。
The situations of realizing wavelength standard with phase diastimeter and transmittinglength unit size within a large range are introduced. The transmision accuracy is better than that of thegeneral1y used method.
