摘要
税费改革以来,各地积极开展了化解乡村债务工作,也取得了一定成效。但乡村债务涉及面广,情况复杂,化解工作进展缓慢,已成为当前农村工作中的一个难点问题。本文结合安徽省六安市乡村债务实际情况,分析其债务形成原因与特点,并提出了化解乡村债务的具体对策与措施。
