摘要
北爱尔兰民族冲突的化解为研究民族冲突的政治解决方式提供了参考样本。北爱尔兰民族冲突各方在相互妥协的基础上,通过协商、谈判使得冲突朝向最终化解迈进了一大步。《贝尔法斯特协议》的签订及北爱尔兰和平进程本身可以被看作北爱尔兰冲突各方相互妥协的结果,体现了一种权力共享的精神。从北爱尔兰和平进程也可以看出,一种和谐民族关系的建立需要民族冲突各方学会相互合作与妥协,更需摈弃狭隘民族主义思想。
The political solution to ethnic conflicts in Northern Ireland provides us a good example for reference. By negotiation and compromise, the conflicting parties involved finally reached Belfast Agreement, which embodies a spirit of power - sharing. Viewing from the peace process in Northern Ireland, we can also learn that a harmonious ethnic relation is based not only on cooperation and compromise between conflicting parties, but also the abandonment of narrow - minded nationalism.
