摘要
通过对江苏省张家港市某村失地老年人的个案访谈,从现有的社会、家庭、社区和自我4个养老资源分析,发现目前存在社会养老保障水平较低、传统家庭养老功能弱化和社会养老发展缓慢这些问题,并针对这些问题提出相应的对策和建议。
Based on a village in Zhangjiagang City of the landless elderly cases interviews, from 4 endowment of resources including file existing social, fanfily,co nanunity and self-analysis,some problems,such as the current low level of social security pension,weaken traditional family and the development of social old-age pension functions slow were found.Aeeording to these problems,some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
