不同取代度山药醋酸淀粉的合成及表征 被引量:4

摘要 以山药淀粉为原料,浓硫酸作催化剂,冰醋酸和醋酸酐为改性剂,合成了不同取代度的山药醋酸淀粉.用傅立叶红外(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、差示扫描量热(DSC)、热重法(TG)和X射线衍射(XRD)测试对山药醋酸淀粉的结构、形貌、热性质和结晶性进行表征.结果表明随着山药醋酸淀粉取代度的提高,其结晶度从36.10%降到10.96%,分解温度从325℃提高到372℃,熔融温度从273℃降至226℃.
