摘要
辨析了“核心期刊”与“高学术水平期刊”的概念及其测定方法的区别与联系；讨论了科技学术期刊的学术水平层次规律及其学术水平评价的定量方法；指出科技期刊评价方法和评价结果选用中应该注意的问题。
Abstract Distinguishes the differences and the relations of advanced academic periodicals from core periodicals in concept and measuring methods, and discusses the law and quantitative methods of evaluating the academic level of sci tech academic periodicals.
