全球的新闻媒体以大量篇幅报道了迅速成长的中国经济,并预言在21世纪中国将领先于世界各经济强国。与此同时,中国投入了大量的人力和物力来实施INTERNET联网。使之覆盖整个中国。发达的电讯设施将成为推动任何国家经济成长的主导力量。本文将讨论中国在经济方面快速成长这个大环境下INTERNET的发展,并对影响中国信息产业发展和有碍于中国全方位参与信息全球化的各种因素做一探讨。
The global media report lots of the news about the fast development of Chinese enono-my, and predict China will lead the super economy country in the world. At the same time, China will invest great of manpower and meterial resources to implement the connection of INTERNET, to make it cover the nation. The flourishing of telecommunication infrastructure will become the main power, which push economy developing of any country. The paper describes the development of INTERNET in the fast economy developing environment, and discusses all kinds of factors which impact the development of Chinese information industry and prevent China from joining the information globezation wholly.
