摘要
目的研究国产西替利嗪的抗组胺作用。方法用组胺分别诱导豚鼠哮喘、休克和大鼠血管通透性增加的动物模型。结果国产西替利嗪（０．５，１．５和５ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１）具有拮抗组胺诱导的豚鼠哮喘、休克和大鼠血管通透性增加的作用。结论国产西替利嗪具有明显的抗组胺作用。
Objective The antihistamine effects of domestic cetirizine (CTZ) were studied in some animal models. Methods Asthma and shock of guineas and the increased capillary permeability of rats were induced by histamine. Results The results showed that CTZ (05, 15 and 5 mg·kg-1) significantly protected the asthma and shock and the increased capillary permeability caused by histamine in different ways. Conclusion Domestic CTZ is effectively antihistaminic.
