摘要 本文回顾了模拟电路智能故障诊断技术的发展历史及现状,阐述了此项技术的工程实际意义,探讨了基于专家系统、神经网络、模糊理论、小波变换等理论的模拟电路智能故障诊断方法。同时,对上述各种方法的基本原理和优缺点进行比照,分析存在的问题,最后指出了模拟电路故障诊断技术的发展趋势。 In this paper, the development and current status of intelligent fault diagnosis on analog circuits were reviewed and the engi- neering value of this technology was clarified. Various diagnostic models were explored respectively, with their advantages and disadvantages compared, flaws analyzed to finally point out the developing trend of intelligent fault diagnosis on analog circuits.
