摘要
报告1例较罕见的由石膏样小孢子菌引起的阴囊处黄癣痂样损害。患者男，18岁，阴囊及腹股沟处原发灰黄色厚痂2周，皮损真菌直接镜检为大量分隔菌丝，培养为典型的石膏样小孢子菌，并伴有白念珠菌生长。经用伊曲康唑每天200gm，2周后痊愈。这种损害与黄癣有着本质上的区别，不会形成皮肤萎缩及瘢痕，对抗真菌治疗效果明显，预后良好。
A 18-year-old, male patient with favus-like clinical picture on the scrotum caused by Microsporum gopseum was reported. The patient presented yellowish grey crusts on the scrotum and groin for two weeks. Direct microscopic examination of crusts showed a large amount of septate hyphae, and typical growth of Microsporum gypseum and Candida albicans on culture. The patient was cured after itraconazole was given with a dose of 200mg a day for two weeks. The lesions of the patient were different from favus in its nature and prognosis, and did not cause skin atrophy and scarring. antifungal therapy was very effective.
