利用稻瘟霉分生孢子筛选有生物活性的菌株 被引量:10

摘要 从广西、贵州等地土壤中分出417株真菌.以稻瘟霉分生孢子及菌丝生长异常或抑制为指标,从417株真菌中初筛出74株活性菌株.经多次反复筛选从中得到13株活性较好且稳定的菌株.其中7株能引起稻种幼根肥大,但不抑制细菌生长.对其中变形活性最好的38号菌株进行紫外照射诱变处理,使活性由 63 μl·mL-1提高到16 μl·mL-1,其遗传稳定性和热稳定性良好.对其中抑制活性最好的1901和 74号菌株进行抗真菌实验也显示了较好的活性. The 417 fungi had been isolated from the soil of Guangxi and Guizhou provinces et al. Seven active fungi inducing deformation of mycelia germinated from conidia of Pyricularia oryzae p-2b,had been screened from 417 soil fungi.They could also cause abnormal swelling of the seedling roots,which did not inhibit bacteria growth. The activity of strain 38 being steady on heat and inheritance among the seven fungi was the highest. The activity of strain 38 increased four times when treated with UV. The strain 1901 and 74 inhibiting conidia germination also showed antifungal activity.
