应重视急诊科医疗需求激增问题 被引量：6

摘要 急诊科医疗需求激增（emergency department surge）指短时间内急诊科医疗需求大量、持续地增加或需求异常复杂的状态。可由日常因素和灾难事件引起，是伤患数量与所需医疗资源失衡的情形，可造成急诊科拥挤、秩序混乱甚至工作瘫痪等突出后果。目前突发群体伤亡事件和其他公共卫生事件均可导致极其严重的急诊科医疗需求激增问题。我们拟对急诊科医疗需求激增的基本理论问题及其应对策略做一简要探讨。
