摘要
目的比较眼前节分析系统(OCULYZER)和 A 超测厚仪(A 超)对测量近视患者角膜中央厚度的稳定性和准确性。方法采用 OCULYZER 和 A 超同时测量67例(134只眼)单纯屈光不正患者的中央角膜厚度,用SPSS10.0和 EXCEL 表格统计分析两种不同测量方法间中央角膜厚度(CCT)的差异,同时比较了每组数据中不同眼别、性别和戴角膜接触镜时间 CCT 间的差异。结果对 OCULYZER 和 A 超测量134只眼角膜中央厚度数据进行统计学分析,CCT 均值分别为(534.99±28.66)μm、(535.10±29.22)μm,两者之间没有显著性差异(P>0.05);每组数据中不同眼别、性别之间 CCT 均无显著性差异(P 均>0.05),戴角膜接触镜时间的长短与 CCT 亦均无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论 OCULYZER 在角膜中央厚度测量方面有较好的准确性和稳定性与 A 超测厚无显著性差异。OCULYZER 非接触性检查仪器在角膜屈光手术等角膜中央厚度测量方面有广泛的应用前景。
Objective To compare the stability and aeeuratity in measuring central corneal thickness ( CCT) with the ALLEGRO OCULYZER (OCULYZER) and the ultrasound pachymeter ( UP ). Methods Two group data of CCT deriving from 67 objectives( 134 eyes) merely ametropia was measured by OCULYZER and UP. Respeelively finish statistics analyses to different measurement, eye, gender and time of wearing contact lens with SPSS10.0 and EXCEL. Results The measurements of average 134 eyes' CCT by OCULYZER and UP were 534.99 ±28.66urn and 535.10 ±29.22urn respeclively, there were no significant difference P 〉 0.05 by statistics analyses ; data of CCT in each group were no significant difference between different eye P 〉 0.05 and between different gender P 〉 0.05 ; Regression analysis showed no significant correlation between the time of wearing contact lens and corneal thickness P 〉 0.05 . Conclusion OCULYZER have high stability and aeeuratity in measuring CCT and haven' t significant difference compared to UP. OCULYZER as non-contact instrument will be applied well in measuring CCT like laser refractive surgery.
