糖尿病下肢慢性缺血性病变的治疗 被引量：1

摘要 最近流行病学研究表明，1／4～1／2的糖尿病患者存在周围动脉疾病（peripheral arterial disease，PAD），并确定PAD为心血管死亡事件有力的预测因子，因此糖尿病下肢血管病变日益受到重视。截肢术在PAD患者中几乎不可避免，每年的截肢率为1．8～11．4／10000，而其中糖尿病患者占48％ 。糖尿病下肢血管病变主要表现为间歇性跛行、静息痛、溃疡和坏疽等。
