摘要
从早球胚期到心形期,观察到荠菜(Capselabursa-pastoris)胚柄细胞中存在切面上呈环形、镰刀形、哑铃形和蝴蝶形等形状的质体。在早球胚期和球胚期,分别观察到荠菜胚柄细胞中的蝴蝶形、镰刀形、人字形和环形的线粒体。推测形态变异的质体可能承担着分泌功能。线粒体的形态变异可能与外膜和内膜面积增加有关,而内膜面积的增加有利于胚柄细胞旺盛的呼吸活动和能量转换。
The suspensor of Capsella bersa pastoris was examined with transmission electron microscope.We have found that some shape changes of plastids and mitochondria occur in suspensor cells.From the stage of early globular embryo to heart embryo,the suspensor cells in section contain many plastids with the shape of circle,sickle and butterfiy,etc.At the stage of early globular embryo and globular embryo,the mitochondria with the shape of butterfly,circle,sickle and herringbone have been observed in section.It is proposed that the irregular shape plastids take an active parts in secretion,the irregular shape mitochondria provide themselves more surface of outer and inner membrane,and as a result,have the advantage of respiration and energy transfomation in suspensor cells.
