俄罗斯是资源大国,同时也是工业化水平较高的国家,因此工业废物的产生量巨大,品种亦多。其废物的回收数量和再生利用的水平介于发达国家与发展中国家之间,经验值得借鉴,其在苏联解体后的二次资源回收利用动态更值得关注。
Russia is a great country, which has a lot of resources and a high industrialized level. So there is a large quantity of industrial wastes （secondary resources） with many forms in the Russia. Instead of this, the quantity of collected wastes and the level of secondary resource recycling in Russia are still in the middle of developed and developing countries. Therefore his experience in this field is worthy to be studied, and the situation about collection and recycling are also worthy to be noticed.
