摘要
高职人才培养模式已经成为我国高职教育健康发展的关键所在。作为地质行业院校安徽工业经济职业技术学院紧密结合我国高职教育特点,以"工学结合"为核心,探索和实践了具有自身特色的"三个结合"人才培养模式,较好地实现了地质类高素质、高技能人才的培养目标。
The training mode for technical talents has already become the key to the sound development of higher vocational education in our country. Anhui Technical College of Industry ＆ Economy, as a geological college, unifies higher vocational edu- cation characteristics closely, produces＂learning in working＇oriented pattern, explores and practices the theory of Three Combinations on Talents Training Mode, with the result of the training goal of technical talents with high quality and high skills in geological industry.
