摘要
近年来,我国的少数民族地区和谐社会建设虽然取得了不小的成绩,但也出现了不少值得注意的问题。调查数据显示,当前少数民族地区群众对"自己的工作"、"经济收入"、"文化生活"的满意度较低。经济落后、贫富差距过大、人口素质低和腐败是当前少数民族地区和谐社会建设中最不和谐的因素。要加快少数民族地区的和谐社会建设,必须从民族地区的实际出发,充分利用好国家给予的自治权,坚持以人为本,维护少数民族群众的利益,统筹社会的发展,加快政府职能转变,更好地为少数民族地区群众服务,让老百姓充分感受到和谐社会建设给他们带来的实惠。
While China＇s construction of harmonious society in minority areas has been made a great achievement in recent years, there are a lot of problems must be watched out for. The survey data show a lower satisfaction in the minority people＇s work, income and cultural life. Economic backwardness, a large gap between rich and poor, corruption and low quality of the population are the four most discordant elements in the minority areas harmonious society building. To speed up the construction of minority areas harmonious society, the regional ethnic autonomy must be performed fully according to the reality, and, the transformation of government functions must be accelerated.
