摘要
密封窗在微波系统中有着广泛的应用,使用仿真软件Ansoft HFSS和CST分别对其进行仿真,并对仿真结果进行了比较。仿真结果表明,随着密封窗高度变量h的变化,Ansoft HFSS仿真结果是S11曲线出现很多峰,而CST仿真结果是S11曲线表现出很好的一致性。当Ansoft HFSS的求解频率参数设置更高时,其S11曲线与CST的仿真结果几乎相同。
Hermetic window is widely applied to the microwave system. It is simulated using Ansoft HFSS software and CST software, respectively, and their simulated results are compared. The simulated results show that changing variable h a large number of peak values appears in the S11 curves of Ansoft HFSS simulation, while consistency is indicated in the S11 curves of CST simulation. When higher resolution frequency of Ansoft HFSS is set and simulation is proceeded again, its S11 curves are almost similar to those of CST simulation.
