摘要
社会服务是高等学校的重要职能。地方院校图书馆在普及社会信息素质教育、帮助社区图书馆成长、文化兴市、科技创新、扶贫助学等方面义不容辞地要发挥其社会服务的作用。并且,在社会服务中要正确处理好校内服务和社会服务、经济效益与社会效益、全面开放与逐步开放、院校图书馆与公共图书馆等若干基本关系。
Social service is an important function of colleges and universities. Local tmiversity libraries have the duty to play a role in popularizing social information literacy education, helping build community libraries, prospering city culture, science and technology innovation and poverty alleviation. Moreover, college and university libraries should properly handle the balance between internal and social services, economic and social benefits, completely and gradually opening, the relationship between university library and public library.
