摘要
水泥混凝土加铺层作为一种新型、有效、快速、经济且简便的旧沥青路面维修技术,虽在美国己进行了大量试验路研究,但在路面应力分析方面尚属空白.本文借助大型有限元分析软件ANSYS建立三维道路实体结构模型,对旧沥青路面水泥混凝土加铺层的复合路面结构进行力学分析.分析了:车辆荷载作用下结构层弹性模量和厚度的变化对路面加铺层的受力影响;温度作用下的温度应力及温度和车辆荷载的耦合作用;对旧路坑槽的修补及旧路面存在的裂缝带来的路面荷载应力的影响进行分析.对水泥混凝土加铺层的设计提出一些有意义的建议.
As a new, effective, rapid, cost-effective and simple maintenance of the old asphalt pavement technology, cement concrete overlay although has done a great deal of testing on road in the United States, about the road stress analysis is still very small. Large-scale finite element analysis software ANSYS has been used in building 3D structural model to make mechanical analysis about the cement overlay on old asphalt pavement. Analyses: load function sturcture layers of elastic mould amount and change of thicness add and pave influencing by strength of layer to the road surface vehicle through finit element; thermal stress and temperature and coupling which the vehicle load under temperature function; the impact bring by repairing and the cracks on the old road to the load stress analysis. It gives some suggestiong to the design of cement concrete overlay.
