摘要
[目的]确立分级护理的决策主体。[方法]在确立分级护理决策主体层次结构模型后,请医生和护理专家就指标间相对重要性程度进行两两比较,建立判断矩阵,最后得出分级护理的最佳决策主体。[结果]护士组以护士独立决策合成权重最高,医生组以医护共同决策合成权重最高,医护组以医护共同决策合成权重最高。医生决策的合成权重在三组结果中得分均最低。[结论]医生尚不能认为是分级护理的最佳决策主体;在决策分级护理的方式选择上,护理专家认为是护士独立决策,医生专家认为是医护共同决策。
Objective： To establish the decision main body of grading nursing care. Methods： In the first, to establish the hierarchical structure model of decision main body of grading nursing care, then two-two comparisons were carried out for relative importance degree among indexes by doctors and nursing experts. And judgment matrix was established. Finally the optimal decision main body of grading nursing care was come out. Results： Synthetic weight of nurse deciding alone was the highest in nurse group. However syn- thetic weight of doctor and nurse deciding together was the highest in doctor --nurse group. The synthetic weight of doctor deciding was the lowest among the three groups. Conclusion： Doctors were not thought as the optimal decision main body of grading nursing care. As for the selecting the style of deciding grading nursing care, nursing specialists think that nurse deciding alone is the best. However, doctor experts think that doctor and nurse deciding together is the optimal.
