摘要
目的:为了研究中药凌霄花的显微特征,提高中药师对该药的鉴别能力,避免购进假药。方法:利用生物显微镜对美洲凌霄花、泡桐花特征进行显微鉴别;利用电子显微镜对两药的花粉进行显微照相鉴别,对凌霄花市场上的混乱品种进行考证。结果:所采用的方法能够简便、准确地将二者区分开来。结论:凌霄花的功效与泡桐花截然不同,不可混用。对该药正确鉴定很重要,需要严格把关。
Objective： To study the distinguished micro-characterization of trumpetcreeper flower, and elevate the identification ability of TCM pharmacist on the crude drug in order to avoid purchasing the false ones. Methods： The micro-characterization of trumpetcreeper flower and spurious paulownia flower was identified by biological microscope. The pollens of the two kinds of flowers were identified by micrograph with electroonmieroseope, rFrumpetereeper flower and its confusion varieties on markets were studied. Results： This method was able to distinguish them conveniently and exactly. Collelusion： The effects of trumpetcreeper flower are different from spurious paulownia flower completely. It must not be confused to use.
