髋臼骨折伴骨缺损的分型与治疗进展 被引量：1

摘要 随着我国社会经济的发展及机动车的普及，交通事故亦逐渐增多。在高能量的交通伤中，骨盆、髋臼骨折常有发生，由于髋臼解剖的复杂性，髋臼骨折成为医生面临的一大难题。由于致伤能量大，新鲜髋臼骨折常发生在后柱、后壁且经常并存后方松质骨的压缩性缺损，陈旧性髋臼骨折则由于骨折愈合不良等因素亦存在后方结构的连续性中断，我们亦可视之为缺损。髋臼后方结构在维持髋关节的稳定中起着十分重要的作用，在髋臼后柱、后壁骨折病例手术治疗中，重建头臼对应的解剖形态及有效的固定，则是髋臼手术操作和髋关节功能康复的关键。本文就髋臼骨折伴骨缺损的分型及治疗进展做一综述。
