摘要
利用双螺杆挤出机制备长玻纤增强尼龙66(PA66/GF)复合材料,研究不同的润滑剂对PA66/GF复合材料的力学性能影响.结果表明,润滑剂的加入不仅使GF在PA66基体中基本呈均匀排布,而且使材料的力学性能有很大的改善.随着TAF加入量的增加,PA66/GF复合材料的各项力学性能均呈现上升趋势;而随着EBS加入量的增加,各项力学性能均呈现下降趋势.
The long glass fiber reinforced nylon 66(PA66/GF) composite materials were manufactured by using the twin-screw extruder machine, studying the influences of different lubricant on the mechanical properties of the PA66/GF composite material. The results showed that the addition of lubricant, not o.nly makes GF in PA66 present basic uniform arrangement, and also greatly improves the mechanical properties of materials. With the increasing of the amount of TAF, mechanical properties of PA66/GF composite material presented a rising trend, and with the increasing of the amount of EBS, the mechanical properties presented a downward trend.
