摘要
本文介绍^(60)Coγ射线诱发小鼠胸腺瘤型白血病的组织病理学实验观察结果。以^(60)Coγ射线照射615近交系小鼠,每周照射一次,受照剂量为1.7Gy,共照射四次,累积剂量6.8Gy。于照射后不同时间活杀、取材,用光学显微镜观察胸腺组织的形态学特征。观察结果证实了辐射诱发小鼠胸腺瘤从病灶发生到浸润整个胸腺器官和广泛转移的一般规律;而且显示了不同损伤发生的时间特征和具有细胞形态特征的癌前期改变。
One handred and three mices were exposed to fractionateddoses of^(60)Co γ-rays(1.7Gy weekly and a accumulated dose of 6.8Gy).Mices were sacrificed at various time after irradiation and thymus wereremoved.Under microscope,morphological characteristics of thymictissue of treated mices were studied.Observatiohs confirmed the generalpattern of development of radiation-induced mouse thymima fromoccurence of focus to infiltration of whole thymic organ and diffusemetastasis,and showed the temporal character of occurence of variousinjuries and the precancerous changes with some characteristics of cellmorphology.
