摘要
近年来钢管在长距离输水工程中的应用日益广泛,但钢管在土壤环境中极易发生电化学腐蚀,强制电流阴极保护技术是一种防止和减缓金属腐蚀的有效措施。本文根据工程实例介绍了长距离输水钢管采用强制电流阴极保护技术的设计过程,并对设计中遇到的技术问题进行了分析和论述。
Steel pipe is increasingly widely used in long-distance water delivery works in recent years,but it is subject to electrochemical corrosion in soil environment.Forced current cathode protection technology is a kind of effective measure that can prevent and mitigate metal corrosion.Based on engineering examples, the paper introduces the design process of forced current cathode protection technology used in long-distance water delivery steel pipe and analyzes and discusses some technical problems encountered during the design.
